Corporate Travel Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Corporate Travel Analyst to support travel and mobility arrangements for its global clients and employees. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Support cost projections and expense‑report processes.
• Analyze existing travel processes to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Monitor passport, visa, and other regulatory requirements for various destinations.
• Coordinate mobility logistics such as flights, housing, and related arrangements.
• Document processes and contribute improvement ideas.

Required profile

• Experience in travel, mobility, or logistics coordination.
• Good level of English.
