Senior Project Coordinator – NetSuite (Remote)

About the role

Alia Services is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to own the post‑sale order lifecycle from sales handoff through final closeout. This fully remote position requires end‑to‑end order management, risk identification, and seamless communication across sales, billing, operations, and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned orders, ensuring accurate item, pricing, and shipping details.
• Coordinate purchase orders and design proofs with suppliers.
• Track deliveries, resolve shipping exceptions, and maintain order documentation.
• Escalate risks in the NetSuite ERP system and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Mentor junior Project Coordinators and act as an operational anchor for the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end order management and B2B logistics coordination.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Self‑starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
