Customer Retention Specialist

About the role

UnifyCX is expanding its new contact center in Honduras and seeks a Customer Retention Specialist to re‑engage former customers. You will work with a dedicated portfolio, using consultative sales techniques to win back clients through exclusive offers and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to former customers and present special promotions.
• Identify sales and retention opportunities using consultative negotiation.
• Overcome objections and close retention deals.
• Handle inquiries about account status and follow‑up actions.
• Capture and enter customer data accurately and promptly.
• Develop rapport, maintain call control, and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide feedback on campaign challenges and suggest retention techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a consultative, high‑volume sales environment.
• Proven track record in incentive‑based sales.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
