About the role

Join one of the leading English‑language customer service programs in Honduras. As a Customer Service Agent you will handle inbound calls and chats from U.S. customers, using cloud‑based tools to resolve inquiries and deliver a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and chat messages from customers.
• Provide follow‑up, including outbound calls when needed.
• Assess customer needs and guide them to appropriate solutions.
• Maintain acceptable call lengths while staying friendly and helpful.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and demonstrate urgency.
• Escalate issues correctly and maintain a professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm with 90 % accuracy.
• Strong internet, email and instant‑messaging navigation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using cloud‑based applications.
• Customer‑focused attitude with empathy and problem‑solving ability.
• Professional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work any shift (morning, afternoon, or graveyard) on a full‑time basis.
