About the role

The Junior Business and Services Executive will promote and advise customers on Banco Ficohsa’s financial products and services. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding the portfolio of existing customers, and delivering high‑quality service to ensure long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice on the bank’s product portfolio and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Track and follow up on requests entered in the banking and credit‑card systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Achieve loan‑disbursement and regulatory KPIs as assigned.
• Grow the passive portfolio by opening new savings, checking and CD accounts and managing existing ones.
• Maintain and update inventory of savings books, debit cards, checkbooks and other financial instruments.
• File and archive transaction documents and ensure proper documentation for all operations.
• Record daily client visits in the customer‑service system.
• Support promotional campaigns and product‑line strategies.
• Comply with all internal policies and processes.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education in administration or marketing.
• University student or recent graduate in administration or marketing (required).
• At least one year of experience in customer service.
• At least one year of sales experience with proven target achievement.
• Strong orientation toward results, customer service and product placement.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends when needed.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
