About the role

The Senior Business and Services Executive will promote, advise and sell Banco Ficohsa’s financial products and services to key natural‑person clients. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, detecting needs early, and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice on all Banco Ficohsa products and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Track and follow up on requests entered in the banking and credit‑card systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Achieve loan‑disbursement KPIs and meet regulatory requirements.
• Grow the passive portfolio through new account openings, deposits, checks and CDs.
• Maintain and update inventory of savings books, debit cards, checkbooks and other financial instruments.
• Archive transaction documents and forward them to relevant departments.
• Record daily client visits in the customer‑service system.
• Support promotional campaigns and product‑line strategies.

Required profile

• University student in Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in customer‑service roles.
• At least one year of sales experience with proven target achievement.
• Strong orientation to results, customer service and product placement.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with PDF documents.
