About the role

Importaciones Naharas is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team in San Pedro Sula. You will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers in person, by phone, or through digital channels, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products from the catalogue.
• Manage the full sales process: provide advice, prepare quotations, close deals, and conduct post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain the sales point, record transactions in the system, and generate basic sales reports.
• Support the implementation of promotions and assist in training new staff on commercial procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience in commercial environments or customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively, organize time effectively, and meet results‑oriented targets.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office suite applications.
• Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
