About the role
Importaciones Naharas is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join its team in San Pedro Sula. You will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the entire sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers in person, by phone, or through digital channels, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products from the catalogue.
- Manage the full sales process: provide advice, prepare quotations, close deals, and conduct post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain the sales point, record transactions in the system, and generate basic sales reports.
- Support the implementation of promotions and assist in training new staff on commercial procedures.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Experience in commercial environments or customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively, organize time effectively, and meet results‑oriented targets.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office suite applications.
- Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
