Dedicated Sales Development Representative – Roofing

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative to work exclusively with one of our roofing clients. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling roof inspections while building strong relationships with potential customers. The position is based in San Pedro Sula and requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential roofing clients through outbound calls and other channels.
• Identify, qualify, and track leads based on established criteria.
• Schedule roof inspection appointments with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Meet activity, appointment, and performance targets set by management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation or business development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with English proficiency at B2–C2 level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Results‑oriented and comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.
• Based in San Pedro Sula or surrounding areas.
