About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide initial technical support to international customers via chat, email, or phone.
- Listen actively to diagnose issues and guide users through simple technical solutions.
- Log interaction details accurately in the ticketing system.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher) – strong verbal and written communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Empathy and patience to understand customers’ perspective.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
- Basic computer literacy – comfortable with web navigation and standard software.
