Finance Manager (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to own end‑to‑end finance operations for a fast‑growing U.S. technology company that operates a digital marketplace for specialty insurance. The role is fully remote within Latin America and reports directly to the CEO, providing financial visibility and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate client invoices for subscription and usage‑based services.
• Maintain accounts receivable records, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely billing cycles.
• Manage payment collections, resolve overdue accounts, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries, invoice questions, and payment logistics with U.S.‑based clients.
• Maintain revenue forecasts, cash‑flow projections, runway models, and other financial planning tools.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support strategic planning through accurate financial modeling.
• Design and maintain financial dashboards that deliver actionable business insights.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a comparable finance leadership role.
• Ability to work autonomously and build finance processes from scratch.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for client interaction.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely with a fast‑paced, startup environment.
