Financial Advisor – Client Relationship & Investment Sales

About the role

Fomento Financiero, S.A. Casa de Bolsa, a leading brokerage with over 35 years in the Honduran securities market, is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients and guiding them through national and international investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with natural and legal persons interested in investment alternatives.
• Prospect and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Advise clients on available investment options in domestic and international markets, adhering to institutional policies.
• Monitor client operations and investments, promoting reinvestment opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service and compliance with operational and regulatory processes.
• Ensure adherence to current securities market regulations and internal brokerage procedures.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law or related fields; final‑year students or candidates with relevant financial/commercial experience are also considered.
• Experience in consultative sales, business development or client service; background in finance, brokerage, banking or investments is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and result‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
