Founder Community & Activations Manager

About the role

Contollo Consulting is seeking a highly organized, relationship‑driven professional to lead its Founder Community and manage activations. You will act as the connective tissue between founders, ecosystem partners, and internal teams, turning individual interactions into lasting relationships and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for founders before, during, and after activations.
• Recruit, schedule, and coordinate founders for events, interviews, and program slots.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with founders, encouraging referrals and future participation.
• Manage the activation calendar, handling logistics, host coordination, and follow‑up.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with coworking spaces, accelerators, incubators, conferences, and founder communities.
• Conduct outreach, build relationships with community leaders, and convert prospects into scheduled activations.
• Own the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of founders, partners, referrals, and opportunities.
• Track follow‑ups and recognize business opportunities, connecting them to the appropriate internal team.

• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
• Excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Persistent without being pushy and proactive when working independently.
• Disciplined about CRM management and follow‑up.
