Frontend Developer (React / Shopify Hydrogen)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to maintain and enhance a headless ecommerce storefront built with Shopify Hydrogen. The role is fully remote, serving teams across Latin America, the Philippines, and Eastern Europe, and focuses on delivering polished, performant shopping experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve a custom Shopify Hydrogen storefront using React and React Router.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate with Shopify Storefront API, GraphQL, and manage collections, products, variants, and metafields.
• Troubleshoot issues across the storefront, APIs, browsers, and third‑party services.
• Work with Storyblok headless CMS and Algolia search/recommendation features.
• Implement ecommerce analytics, marketing integrations, and SEO requirements.
• Optimize frontend performance, usability, and maintainability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Shopify Hydrogen and React.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and Shopify Storefront APIs.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements or mockups into functional interfaces.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain technical constraints to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
