Full-stack Python AI Engineer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Full‑stack Python AI Engineer to own end‑to‑end features of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. The position is fully remote and balances backend work (≈70%) with frontend tasks, offering the chance to work on a production‑grade AI system and grow from senior to principal level.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and supporting API services.
• Build and update frontend interfaces within an established design system using React and TypeScript.
• Validate agent behavior against comprehensive evaluation sets rather than spot checks.
• Collaborate across the stack, ensuring a roughly 70/30 backend‑frontend workload distribution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python development (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Proven experience integrating large language models (LLMs) and operating RAG pipelines in production.
• Working proficiency with React, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours and advanced English proficiency.
