About the role

The Regional Security Manager will lead the design, implementation and supervision of occupational health and safety policies across the assigned region for Convoy of Hope, a faith‑based nonprofit fighting hunger worldwide. This full‑time remote position works closely with multicultural teams to ensure safe work environments in diverse operational contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor regional safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, including curriculum design and workshop facilitation.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify control measures.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date safety records, prepare reports and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to adapt safety practices to varying contexts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in occupational health, industrial safety and EHS management.
• University degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Engineering, Environmental Health or related field; professional safety certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams, communicate effectively and manage projects.
• High level of English and commitment to humanitarian values.
