HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will manage the human capital of the plant, ensuring that all HR indicators are met and that the workforce operates in compliance with local labor regulations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the plant’s human capital and monitor HR performance metrics.
• Oversee talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Design and deliver training and development programs.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate compensation.
• Manage performance management systems and conduct KPI analysis.
• Maintain compliance with the Labor Code, social security regulations, and ISO standards.
• Monitor organizational climate and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR manager in an industrial company.
• Immediate availability and willingness to indicate salary expectations.
