About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Tegucigalpa. You will work directly with banking and corporate clients, investigating and resolving software integration issues while ensuring a professional relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical incidents reported by clients.
• Analyze logs, error messages, transactions, configurations and integrations.
• Perform validations using APIs, databases and internal tools.
• Identify the probable root cause before escalating.
• Coordinate cases with Engineering, Product, Operations and Implementation teams.
• Own each case from start to resolution and communicate progress clearly.
• Understand the operation and main integrations of assigned clients.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings and maintain agreed commitments.
• Communicate releases, relevant changes and required actions, ensuring client understanding.
• Manage priorities and response times according to SLA.
• Identify recurring incidents, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical support for software, SaaS or enterprise integrations.
• Direct experience working with corporate clients.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical problems in a structured way.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON and log analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for queries and validations.
• Ability to understand data flows across multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort interacting with technical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Organized ability to handle multiple incidents, clients and priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through until resolution.
