About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team in Tegucigalpa. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring the reliability of our cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines to automate testing, deployment and release processes across development, testing and production environments.
• Ensure platform availability by building monitoring, auto‑scaling and fault‑recovery mechanisms, while enforcing security controls for infrastructure and data.
• Collaborate with development teams to promote best practices throughout the application lifecycle and facilitate smooth production updates.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support for production incidents, coordinating investigations and resolutions to maintain service stability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform, including container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.

Required profile

• Graduated in Engineering, Computer Systems or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar DevOps or site‑reliability role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in an agile environment.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Operating systems: Linux/Unix.
• Programming/Frameworks: Java.NET, NodeJS, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Monitoring tools: New Relic, Dynatrace.
