About the role
We are seeking a licensed civil engineer to lead large‑scale urbanization and mass housing projects in the Villanueva area. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring project timelines, and maintaining cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise urban development and mass housing construction projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure design and execution align with project specifications.
- Control project budgets and perform cost estimations.
- Utilize MS Project for scheduling and AutoCAD for design review.
- Make timely decisions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Required profile
- Licensed civil engineer (active professional registration).
- Proven experience in urbanization and large‑scale residential construction.
- Strong decision‑making abilities and leadership skills.
- Full‑time availability and reliable personal transportation.
