Intake Specialist

About the role

The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for new clients at Elliott Frazier Law, handling both Family Law and Personal Injury matters. This role ensures a compassionate and efficient introduction to the firm’s services, directly influencing client satisfaction and firm growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for all new client intake across Family Law and Personal Injury.
• Communicate the value of paid consultations and schedule initial appointments.
• Coordinate on‑site and remote consultations, ensuring timely hand‑off to attorneys.
• Qualify and triage Personal Injury prospects to confirm case suitability.
• Enter and maintain lead data in Lead Docket with high accuracy.
• Manage calendar bookings in Lead Docket and Microsoft Outlook, aligning attorney availability.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and empathy, especially in high‑stress situations.
• Ability to handle objections and convey service value confidently.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Lead Docket (CRM) for lead management.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling.
