About the role
The Pricing Lead will design, lead and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy for Diunsa’s departments, aiming to boost competitiveness, profitability and growth while enhancing the customer buying experience through data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated pricing roadmap aligned with retail best practices.
- Analyze market and competitive intelligence to adjust price points and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure pricing initiatives support overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance, profitability and customer impact.
Required profile
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, revenue management and retail analytics.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- SQL
- Artificial Intelligence applied to pricing
- ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
