About the role

The company is looking for a seasoned professional to lead its customer service operations across multiple channels, including counter service, self‑service kiosks, home delivery, and the in‑restaurant experience. The role ensures a fast, orderly, friendly and consistent experience for guests while overseeing a network of locations.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee a rapid, organized, courteous and consistent customer experience across all service channels.
• Supervise day‑to‑day operations in restaurants, retail outlets or hotels, including multi‑site coordination.
• Manage and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct audits, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee sales‑channel operations, promotions and point‑of‑sale execution.
• Train teams, monitor service standards and ensure compliance.
• Provide field support, moving between locations and covering peak shifts and weekends.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Restaurant Management or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer‑service operations and supervision.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, hotels or other direct‑to‑customer businesses; multi‑branch experience is a plus.
• Strong field leadership, customer orientation, effective communication, problem‑solving, organization and disciplined execution.
