Guest Experience Associate (Remote)

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for guests from booking through checkout, handling communications via phone, email, text and messaging platforms. The role is remote, full‑time, and includes a rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule to ensure guests always have support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during, and after each stay across multiple channels.
• Provide accurate answers on reservations, property details, check‑in procedures, amenities and local information.
• Coordinate guest issues with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Operations until they are fully resolved.
• Handle urgent guest needs during rotating after‑hours on‑call nights.

Required profile

• Clear, warm written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving instinct and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with shifting priorities.
• Comfortable using computers, email and messaging platforms; quick learner of new systems.
• Reliable internet connection, headset and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications, email and messaging platforms.
• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, front‑desk or customer service (preferred).
