About the role

The Sales Room Manager leads the sales floor, ensuring profitability, product quality, and high customer satisfaction through established procedures. This role oversees inventory, staff performance, and the delivery of personalized service in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control product entry and exit to maintain inventory within company parameters.
• Guarantee personalized and efficient customer service to differentiate the business.
• Develop sales of products by highlighting features and benefits to meet management targets.
• Supervise sales floor staff productivity, driving new product promotion and personalized attention.
• Maintain relationships with special clients to ensure loyalty.
• Implement hygiene best practices and ensure cold‑chain integrity for product safety and quality.
• Oversee product dispatch from the sales floor to client deliveries, ensuring order accuracy.
• Schedule supplies from poultry plants and other providers.
• Make decisions on order acceptance, custom product specifications, client prioritization, and discount negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years managing a butcher shop or perishable goods, with staff supervision responsibilities.
• Experience in supplier negotiation, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong customer‑service orientation.
