About the role
We are looking for a Junior Institutional Advisor to join our sales team in Tegucigalpa. The role focuses on acquiring and developing new institutional and corporate clients, primarily within the health and occupational‑health sector.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new institutional and corporate customers, especially HR departments, occupational‑health services and company medical offices.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with the existing client portfolio.
- Promote and present the company’s product portfolio to prospects and clients.
- Manage orders, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on deliveries, monitor inventory levels and product rotation at client sites.
- Identify business opportunities, gather market information and report findings.
- Achieve sales targets and document client visits.
Required profile
- Previous experience selling to HR departments, occupational‑health services or company doctors.
- Desirable experience in selling health‑related products.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
