Junior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc., a leading asset‑based carrier in North America, is expanding its Customer Service Department in San Pedro Sula. We are looking for a motivated Junior Logistics Coordinator to support our clients, manage shipment information, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of Charger Logistics' products and services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, providing friendly and accurate service.
• Provide real‑time track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across multiple systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clear customs paperwork.
• Follow established billing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for weekend coverage (Friday‑Monday, 6 am‑5 pm or 1 pm‑11 pm).
