Key Account Manager – Honduras (Telecom)

About the role

The company, a leading provider of connectivity and technology solutions, is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth in the private corporate sector in Honduras. You will be responsible for building a robust portfolio of enterprise customers by prospecting, negotiating and closing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new B2B opportunities in the telecommunications, networking and cybersecurity space.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for corporate clients across Honduras.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor integrated connectivity solutions for each client.
• Provide regular market feedback and reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in technology or telecommunications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of opening cold markets and building a sales portfolio from scratch.
• University degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Own transportation and ability to travel within Tegucigalpa.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
