Logistics Coordinator – Afternoon Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras on the afternoon shift. The role focuses on coordinating and optimizing delivery schedules, communicating with mobile units, and ensuring timely, safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching pending loads and schedule drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate and modify daily routes to meet customer needs and respond to road changes.
• Communicate freight requirements and procedures to drivers and provide routing directions.
• Maintain compliance with dispatch standards, update customer portals, and monitor safety reports.
• Analyze transportation plans to reduce costs and manage trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or transportation.
• College diploma or degree.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and communication skills.
