Logistics Coordinator – Weekends (Morning Shift)

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support its weekend dispatch operations during the morning shift. You will act as the central point of contact for operators, ensuring smooth movement tracking, documentation, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Record and verify vehicle movements according to regulations.
• Clarify payment questions, resolve discrepancies, and close payment events.
• Document mechanical failures, pending paperwork, and client incidents (e.g., access issues, PPE shortages).
• Handle inbound communications via AWS, internal platform messages, and WhatsApp.
• Track POD/BOL to guarantee complete documentation and update ETAs in the system.
• Verify operator availability, prepare checklists, and confirm return‑to‑work status.
• Manage operator expenses, pension contributions, and bonus tracking.
• Onboard new operators to the application and assign units.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, account management, or logistics within the transportation sector.
• University or technical degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical ability to understand business processes and propose technology‑driven solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.

Required skills

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) for handling communications and data.
