Logistics Representative – Weekend Coverage

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Representative to provide weekend coverage in San Pedro Sula. You will handle customer inquiries, maintain critical documentation, and support both drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth freight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and queries via phone and email promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure all paperwork is accurately managed.
• Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Maintain driver files, fleet documents, and ensure required signatures on Bills of Lading and manifests.
• Prepare and process customs documentation (ACE, ACI, PAPS, PARS) and compile customs invoices and certificates of origin.
• Enter new orders into the system and keep customer portals up‑to‑date.
• Generate administrative reports, presentations, policies, and other correspondence.
• Prepare and submit weekly internal and client‑requested reports.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or transportation.
• College diploma or degree; prior administrative logistics experience is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work either an evening shift (Fri‑Mon 2 pm‑12 am) or a morning shift (Fri‑Mon 6 am‑5 pm) and alternate Saturday or Sunday.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with customs platforms such as ACE, ACI, PAPS, and PARS.
