Marketing Coordinator – Client & Project Lead

About the role

Dingus & Zazzy is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to act as the bridge between clients and internal creative teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, capture action items, and translate marketing goals into clear internal tasks.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other specialists to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Organise kick‑off meetings, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress using project‑management tools.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project boards (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and document meeting notes with Jiminny.
• Review and approve final deliverables before client submission.
• Provide regular status updates to clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
