Medical Back Office

About the role

The Medical Back Office team supports multiple operational departments to ensure efficient patient care, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. Depending on assignment, you may work across billing, medical records, reports, intake, scheduling, or settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
• Provide outstanding service to patients, attorneys, providers, and internal staff via phone, email, text, and internal platforms.
• Accurately document all activities in the designated systems and meet productivity and quality metrics.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely task completion.
• Department‑specific duties such as preparing billing, processing record requests, monitoring physician reports, handling new‑patient intake, scheduling appointments, and coordinating settlement communications.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new software.
• Customer‑service experience preferred; background in healthcare, legal support, or medical billing is a plus.
