Onboarding Project Manager – LATAM

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for its mid‑market customers across Latin America. You will guide customers from contract signing through adoption and hand‑off to Account Management, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for mid‑market customers, from sales handoff to go‑live and adoption.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee timely implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, driving clear communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project.
• Lead customer meetings—including pre‑kickoff, kickoff, check‑ins, and go‑live milestones—and document action items.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a high‑touch customer experience and measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SaaS onboarding or implementation projects, preferably in hospitality or related industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
