Onboarding Project Manager – Mid‑Market SaaS

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for its mid‑market hospitality customers across LATAM. You will guide customers from contract signing through adoption and hand‑off to Account Management, ensuring a smooth, high‑touch implementation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for mid‑market customers, from sales hand‑off to go‑live and transition.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, driving clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead customer meetings (pre‑kickoff, kickoff, check‑ins, go‑live) and document action items.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Onboarding, Account Management, Sales, Product, Support and Professional Services teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage timelines and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing onboarding or implementation projects in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast‑paced setting.
