Part-time Regional Recruiter & Admin Assistant – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

Hexa Property Management is seeking a part‑time Regional Recruiter and Administrative Assistant to support its LATAM market. Working remotely, you will help source and coordinate candidates, conduct market research, and manage vendor relationships for employee‑recognition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment process across LATAM countries, including sourcing, CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Research local hiring practices, salary benchmarks, work culture, holidays and other market insights.
• Prepare clear reports on salary and hiring data using reliable sources.
• Identify, negotiate and coordinate with local vendors for employee gifts, events and recognition programs.
• Track vendor orders, budgets and delivery timelines to ensure timely execution.
• Provide general People Operations and administrative support when recruitment workload is low.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of full‑time experience in recruitment, HR or a related role focused on the LATAM market.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated knowledge of LATAM salary ranges, hiring practices and cultural norms, especially for Venezuela, Honduras and Argentina.
