Product Sales Specialist – Pet Health

About the role

Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Product Sales Specialist (Protocol Review Specialist) and help pet owners get the most out of health‑supplement products. You will work remotely, turning inquiries into sales while promoting ethical, compliant selling practices.

Key responsibilities

• Sell pet health supplements and related services to prospective customers.
• Conduct 12‑15 scheduled appointments per day, guiding owners through product use and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and avoid unsubstantiated claims.

Required profile

• Highly motivated self‑starter with a passion for health, wellness, and pets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build genuine connections.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting at 8 AM CST, with reliable internet and equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for call and lead management.
• Experience using Vonage for phone communications.
• Familiarity with Rippling for onboarding and HR tools.
