Quality Analyst - Night Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst for night‑shift operations. The role focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce trailer damage, accelerate repair cycles, and improve overall fleet efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous‑improvement projects targeting trailer damage reduction, repair turnaround, and cost recovery.
• Analyze damage data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor Out‑of‑Service equipment, produce daily downtime and repair status reports.
• Manage liability claims, submit documentation, and track reimbursement recovery.
• Collaborate with terminals, repair shops, and breakdown teams to streamline workflows.
• Develop and maintain Excel‑based dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and results to leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience with claims management or asset reliability is a plus.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards).
