Recruiting Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for language‑professional positions. The role is fully remote and supports our growth across Latin America, working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Create, publish and manage job postings on multiple platforms, including job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications, assessing qualifications, certifications and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, evaluating communication skills and role alignment.
• Source active and passive candidates using creative outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer preparation under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine workflows and sourcing tactics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR function.
• Interest in remote hiring and global talent markets; experience in linguistics or healthcare is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for phone and video interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with high attention to detail.
