Recruiting Specialist – Remote (Weekend Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring for language‑professional positions. The role is fully remote, serves a weekend shift schedule, and supports our growth in the linguistics industry.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to define role requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Create, publish and manage job postings across job boards, databases and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications, evaluating qualifications, certifications and overall fit.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, assessing communication skills and role alignment.
• Source active and passive candidates using creative research and outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve workflows and sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in phone and video interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely on the specified weekend shifts.
