Remote Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Remotely+ is seeking a remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support U.S.-based clients hiring across Latin America. The role demands C2‑level English proficiency and the ability to manage high‑volume searches while delivering a premium candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruiting searches simultaneously across various industries and functions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and creative strategies.
• Screen high volumes of applications efficiently while maintaining strong hiring standards.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, professionalism, English proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Evaluate candidates against client requirements and present top profiles.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries, recruiter notes, and recommendations for internal and client review.
• Maintain accurate records, stages, notes, and communications within the ATS.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose automation or workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced (C2) English written and spoken proficiency.
• Proven experience in staffing, BPO, or high‑volume recruitment, preferably with a focus on Latin America.
• Ability to handle multiple searches, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset to assess candidate fit and improve recruiting efficiency.

Required skills

• Zoho Recruit (ATS) proficiency.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven recruiting tools and automation technologies.
