Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will lead pricing and revenue optimisation for a vehicle fleet, adapting strategies to demand patterns, seasonal trends and market competition. This role works closely with Sales, Operations and Fleet teams to maximise profitability per vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adjust pricing strategies based on demand, seasonality, location and vehicle type.
• Analyse fleet occupancy, utilisation and profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activities.
• Produce demand forecasts and revenue projections.
• Identify revenue‑maximising opportunities for each vehicle.
• Analyse booking behaviour, cancellations and extensions.
• Coordinate pricing initiatives with Sales, Operations and Fleet departments.
• Prepare reports and performance indicators for management.
• Recommend promotions and commercial strategies aligned with market behaviour.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management, vehicle rental, hospitality, tourism or related sales functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret profitability, occupancy and demand indicators.
• Result‑oriented and capable of making commercial decisions under dynamic conditions.
• Excellent negotiation skills and adaptability to rapid demand changes.

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
