Sales Operations Program Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Program Administrator to support our Sales organization in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The role focuses on managing hand safety programs, glove trials, and ensuring data accuracy across Salesforce and other systems.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Hand Safety Programs, Glove Safety Assessments, glove trials, samples and other on‑site services.
• Maintain accurate program information in Salesforce and related Sales Operations systems.
• Prepare and review customer‑facing reports and program documentation.
• Process large glove trial sample requests and coordinate with internal departments.
• Conduct routine data‑quality reviews, correcting or escalating inaccurate information.
• Support Sales Operations projects, process improvements, system rollouts and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain Asana tasks, project documentation, status updates, user guides and process documentation.
• Provide training and process support to Territory Managers and other Sales team members.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Sales Operations or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, administrative support or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
