About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to provide personalized guidance to prospective and existing customers, understand their needs and propose the most suitable services. The role aims to meet commercial targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact potential clients through various channels.
• Provide clear information and personalized advice.
• Follow up leads until the sale is closed.
• Achieve established sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.
• Handle inquiries, resolve doubts and offer post‑sale support when needed.
• Prepare management reports and sales results.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; university studies in Administration, Marketing or related fields are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service or commercial advisory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
• Proactive, organized and able to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
