Seasonal Recruiter

About the role

The Seasonal Recruiter will interview and hire candidates in a high-volume environment, following a defined recruiting process and contributing new ideas to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and hire candidates using established processes that ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Qualify applicants against position requirements, including technical specifications and aptitude.
• Follow team guidelines to select the right candidate for each program.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.
• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and a diverse candidate pool.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Results-oriented, high-energy individual with an enthusiastic approach.
• Strong focus on pipeline management and relationship building.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while delivering high performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
