Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compensation Benefits Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. benefits matters, partnering with HR, payroll, brokers, and external vendors. The role transforms HR data into accurate reports, dashboards, and insights to support business and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer U.S. benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans.
• Support employee and HR inquiries related to benefits policies and processes.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate annual Open Enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS updates, conduct audits, reconciliations, and produce benefits reporting.
• Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple systems to build weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Support payroll inputs related to benefits and bonus payouts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ACA).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and deadlines.
