Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and automation of complex Human Capital Management processes. The role combines deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft with strong technical expertise to deliver optimized, automated solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes across payroll, health & welfare, and benefits.
• Identify automation opportunities using native PeopleSoft capabilities and define detailed automation requirements.
• Develop comprehensive automation plans, including scope, approach, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
• Create clear technical documentation to support governance reviews and stakeholder decision‑making.
• Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of automation initiatives and establish repeatable documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior‑level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft HCM (Payroll, Health & Welfare, Benefits) modules.
• PeopleTools development and customization.
• Automation design using native PeopleSoft functionality.
• Technical documentation and process mapping.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude for analysis and documentation.
