Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology projects for global clients. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, translate client requirements into actionable solutions, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create project forecasts and budgets, allocating equipment and resources as needed.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, monitoring progress and implementing necessary changes.
• Identify and mitigate risks to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Ensure the team follows established processes and methodologies.
• Maintain customer and team satisfaction throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with at least one full development cycle.
• Strong ability to understand client requirements and convert problems into solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
