Supervisor de Ventas PA

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor (PA) to lead wholesale sales of automotive services and brands for Grupo Q, a leading automotive company in Central America. The role involves managing sales activities, expanding the client portfolio and ensuring sales targets are met in line with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse potential customers to grow the company’s client base.
• Advise clients on Grupo Q’s automotive services and products to drive sales.
• Negotiate sales agreements, close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up prospect leads and convert them into active customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports for the Automotive Products Sales Management.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market information to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a sales manager or 1 year as a sales specialist in the automotive sector.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of general automotive mechanics and experience managing technical staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
