About the role

We are looking for an experienced Tier 3 Network and NOC Support professional to join our team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and ensuring the reliability of our network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and manage network devices and services using monitoring tools.
Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of routing, switching, and security issues.
Conduct incident management, root cause analysis, and create detailed RCA reports.
Configure and maintain VPN, SD‑WAN, VLANs, and firewall solutions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement network upgrades and automation scripts.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC, network support, or managed service environments.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus.

Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki equipment
Routing & Switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP
VLANs, VPN, SD‑WAN technologies
Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Fortinet, WatchGuard
Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix
Packet analysis: Wireshark, tcpdump
Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
PowerShell scripting and automation
